Yoga for physical health & mental well-being. Using Pranayama (breath), movement & relaxation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body & a clear, peaceful mind. A class to enhance general flexibility & mobility in joints & spine, building strength in the large & small muscle groups. Helping to improve strength & flexibility, relieve stress & improve sleep. Yoga encourages us to listen to our own unique body, with movement & time to relax, using backbends, forward bends, twists & inversions, strength & flexibility are improved, releasing stress & tension. Classes include Pranayama, Meditation & Relaxation.
