Our Aqua classes are a fantastic low-impact aerobic workout in the shallow end of our state of the art swimming pool. Each class has the added benefit of resistance training using water as the main tool. Combined with a mixture of fitness equipment like dumbells and noodles. This is great for beginners as well as seasoned athletes, that want to add a little variety, and fun to their fitness schedule.
